Student Athlete Program-Take it to the Mat

The purpose of this curriculm is to expose our youth to alternative methods of dealing with emotion and adversity. By practicing breathing and postures that challenge the mental and physical limits, our youth will be begin to practice building intrinsic strength and shifting their mindsets and emotional states. We work in schools, in order to build self-reliance, confidence, and resistance by ‘playing the edge’ and challenging fears in order to build mental strength. Our services include program designs in the form of excercise and meditation (moving meditation) in order to dissolve limiting beliefs that restrict our youth from growing to their biggest potential.
